🎓 Educational Qualification

A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering OR Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a university recognised by UGC/AICTE, OR
Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (A.M.I.E.) in the relevant branch.
Degrees obtained through Open University / Distance Education mode must be recognised by UGC/AICTE/DEB.
The qualification must be completed as on the date of the notification.

✅ Selection Process

The objective-type written exam (OMR or computer-based) has two papers:
- Paper-I: General Studies and General Abilities — 150 questions, 150 marks, 150 minutes (bilingual)
- Paper-II: Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Degree level) — 150 questions, 300 marks, 150 minutes (English)
Together, the two papers carry 450 marks. The minimum qualifying marks are 40% for OC, 35% for BC and 30% for SC, ST and PH candidates.
Document Verification and Medical Examination
- Candidates who clear the written exam go through certificate verification followed by a medical fitness check before final appointment.
