IIT Goa has invited eligible Indian graduates to a walk-in interview for 12 Graduate Apprentice posts. This one-year apprenticeship is offered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The walk-in interview will be held on 30 June 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Admin Block, IIT Goa. The apprenticeship is a great chance for fresh graduates to gain experience at a national institute while earning a monthly stipend. The selection is based on Academic Merit and Personal Interaction (interview). The final selection is subject to satisfactory verification of original documents. Selected candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Government or Municipal hospital before starting training. The apprenticeship contract is registered with the Board of Apprenticeship Training (WR), Mumbai under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The monthly stipend for both the Engineering Stream and General Stream apprentices is Rs 12,300 per month. Please note that no accommodation or travel allowance is provided to the apprentices at IIT Goa. However, in an emergency, apprentices are entitled to use the free primary and OPD medical facility at the IIT Goa dispensary during the training period.
