Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan Yojana provides completely free pilgrimage trips to senior citizens of MP by special Asthavedhi Express trains. The scheme covers train travel, accommodation, meals, local transport, and guides at the pilgrimage destination. Popular destinations include Shirdi, Tirupati, Puri, Varanasi, Vrindavan, and others.
