The Hornbill Artisan Empowerment Scheme supports traditional artisans in Nagaland to preserve and commercialize indigenous tribal crafts including weaving, woodcarving, beadwork, and bamboo crafts. The scheme provides free tool kits, training, and market linkage support, especially leveraging the famous Hornbill Festival platform.
