Pioneering farmer investment support scheme in Telangana providing ₹10,000/acre per season directly to landowner farmers.

Rythu Bandhu is India's first farmer investment support scheme, pioneered by Telangana government in 2018. It provides ₹10,000 per acre per crop season (Kharif and Rabi) directly to all landowner farmers without any middlemen. The scheme has inspired PM Kisan and similar schemes across India.
