🎓 Educational Qualification

1. Manager: MBA in any of these specialisations — Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Operations Management, IT, or International Business (or an equivalent degree) from a recognized university, plus 3 years’ experience in a Government Department, PSU or an organisation registered with EPFO.
2. Secretary Grade-III: Graduation from a recognized university plus RSCIT / PGDCA or an equivalent computer application certificate, plus 3 years’ experience as above.
3. Care Taker: Graduation plus RSCIT / PGDCA or equivalent, plus 2 years’ experience of store and purchase work in a Government Department, PSU or EPFO-registered organisation.
4. Junior Assistant (Typist): Graduation plus RSCIT / PGDCA or equivalent, plus 2 years’ experience in a Government Department, PSU or EPFO-registered organisation.

✅ Selection Process

Written Examination:
1. Manager: Part-I (180 marks) + Part-II (180 marks) = 360 marks — no skill test
2. Secretary Grade-III: Part-I (180) + Part-II (180) + Efficiency/Skill Test (150) = 510 marks
3. Care Taker: Part-I (80) + Part-II (180) + Skill Test (100) = 360 marks
4. Junior Assistant (Typist): Part-I (180) + Part-II (180) + Skill Test (100) = 460 marks
Skill Test & Final Selection:
1. Candidates scoring the minimum qualifying marks in the written exam are shortlisted for the skill test — a maximum of 5 times the vacancies per post
2. PwBD candidates get a 5% relaxation in minimum qualifying marks
3. A merit list is prepared from the total marks
4. Provisionally selected candidates appear for document verification with originals
5. Police verification and a medical fitness certificate complete the process before appointment
