TGPSC AEE Civil Recruitment 2026

The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TGPSC) has released a notification to recruit Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) in the Roads and Buildings Department, with 222 vacancies on offer. The online application window is open from 06 June 2026 to 13 July 2026, and the examination is tentatively scheduled for October 2026. Selection is through a two-paper written examination. The Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) post carries an attractive pay scale of ₹54,220 – ₹1,33,630, making it a financially strong and prestigious state government engineering job. The applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University in India established under a Central Act or the Telangana State Act, or an institution recognised by the UGC/AICTE. The upper age limit has been raised to 44 years as per the latest Government Order. Age relaxation is available for SC, ST, BC, EWS, PwD and other eligible categories as per Telangana rules. The vacancies are filled under Multi Zone-I and Multi Zone-II with 95% local reservation, along with reservation for SC, ST, BC, EWS, Persons with Disabilities and women as per state rules.
